Working PrincipleWhen multi-hydraulic one crusher working, motor drives the eccentric bushing to rotate through V-belt, transmission shaft and transmission gear, and makes movable cone swing back and forth. The driven cone with single hydraulic cylinder can adjust the outlet, clean the cavity, overload and iron pass protection, and other functions; and materials are continuously squeezed and impacted in the crushing cavity and then discharged from the bottom. The spring safety system is overload protection device, which makes metal objects through the crushing chamber without damage the machine, using two kinds of sealed dry form of oil or water, to make powder and oil separation, so that ensure reliable operation. When unbroken material through the crushing chamber or overload for some reason, spring safety system implementation insurance; the discharge opening increasing, unbroken material discharge from the crushing chamber. If the material stuck in the discharge opening, clean cavity system can be used to further increase discharge opening, so that unbroken material excluding from crushing chamber. The discharge can automatically reset by the spring force, and machine back to normal work.
